We minimise the use of your data to the bare minimum. We collect your Personal Data only in case you want to sign up for our newsletter and if you use one of our forms. We use cookies to analyse customer behaviour, administer the website, track users’ movements, and to collect information about users.

If you want to sign-up for our newsletter, we will collect your personal data such as email address. For details, see our Newsletter Privacy Policy below. If you use our forms, we will collect your name, email address, institution (if asked for), postal address (if asked for), date of consent, and details of consent.

Privacy Policy Statement for Newsletters

The Administrator of personal data collected via www.refo500.com and www.reforc.com will be Stichting Refo500, Het Hoge Holt 9, 7909 BE Hoogeveen, Netherlands.

Administrator wishes to collect, store and process your email address via www.g2o-mailing.nl, which offers reliable subscription management system congruent with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, you can read more here), in order to send you periodical information about the platform’s development and related initiatives. Mailing will have a regular frequency of one email per month or more, dependent on the supply of news, but no more than one email per week.

Your data will be collected, stored and processed in full congruence with GDPR. Administrator will not collect, store, and process other data than your name, email address, details of your consent, and date of consent. Your data will be treated with full confidentiality. Your data will never be disclosed to any other third parties and it will be used only for the purpose specified above. Your data will be held only as long as the newsletters are being sent and no longer than necessary.

You will have the right to modify or remove your data at any point in time, for any reason. You will be provided with a summary of your subscription at the end of registration, together with a link for unsubscribing. All further emails will contain a link that will allow for a quick removal from the mailing list. We will delete your data automatically within 3 months after unsubscribing. You have the option to remove or modify your data immediately by contacting the Administrator.

In case of any complaints, you have the right to address them to an adequate supervisory institution.
