KU Leuven has a vacancy for a PhDstudent in early modern history.
The doctoral fellow will become a member of the PARDONS-research team. This team carries out the project ‘Topographies of Pardon Tales: Contextual Mapping of Pardon Letters in the Southern Low Countries, 15th-17th centuries’, which is funded by BELSPO within the framework of the BRAIN-be 2.0 programme. Apart from Leuven historians, the other team members are scientists from the Belgian State Archives and from UCLouvain. The project consists of several work packages.
The doctoral fellow will concentrate on the theme ‘Narratives of untold stories’.
