This year’s REFORC Book Award goes to Pierrick Hildebrand of the Swiss Institute for Reformation Studies. The award was handed to him during the Fourteenth Annual REFORC Conference in Vienna.
The winning book The Zurich Origins of Reformed Covenant Theology was chosen from a longlist of books previously submitted and judged by an expert panel of judges on various elements.
The winning book, published by Oxford University Press, throws new light on Zwingli and Bullinger, who in the sixteenth-century Reformed world were as influential as Calvin, and deals with a crucial body of understudied archival material, both in print and in manuscript, which is made available for the first time to a wider readership
We thank all the authors and publishers for their submissions!
