In this study, Roland M. Lehmann examines Martin Luther’s development as a preacher up to 1518 and then concentrates on the sermons the Reformer gave outside Wittenberg.
The author reconstructs the contexts and contents of 45 sermons, thereby highlighting Luther’s many facets as a pulpit speaker.
