Refo500 Foundation
REFORC is legally a department of Refo500 Foundation, seated in the Netherlands with ANBI Status (Charitable Incorporated Organisation).

Bodies
REFORC functions through the following bodies:
- REFORC Board: the Board of 6-8 scholars, affiliated with member institutions and appointed by the board of Refo500, is responsible for the long-term strategy.
- Presidency and secretariat: operational matters are delegated by the Board of Refo500 to the President of the board of REFORC and the Director of Operations of Refo500.
- REFORC General Assembly: the GA consists of the REFORC members and meets once a year at the annual conference.
